SKIPPING by ISLA, KIERAN, ALAKHAI, KAILAS

Skipping is really fun.   Skipping is good for your heart. Skipping is good exercise. There are  all sorts of skipping. We are training for jump rope for heart.  We have to make our own routine.  We can jumprope really fast.  Our  whole  group  is really good at jumprope which is coming really soon so we have to practise every day.
JUMPROPE IS FUN!!!!
